This month in our Creative Arts Center we are exploring 3 types of printmaking. Enjoy these pictures from our first class that focused on monotype printing. In this type of printing, ink is placed on a plate. The artist draws a picture on the plate and then applies paper to the plate to transfer the paint onto the paper, creating a mirror image of the drawing onto the paper.
